Jesmina Allaoua
Visit Prayer Page Home UPDATED April 3, 2009 I am able to work again since 3 weeks and the
pain is under control with medication. I still
have some bad days but am glad that I can at least work. I was in church last Sabbath for the first time since January and will be able to attend the holy days too, I hope :) Overall this is a big improvement to what it was 2 months ago :) I had to quit teaching my sewing classes at least till August which is a big disappointment to me since that is the only time of the day were I get to meet and talk to people. My mom has been with me since February and will leave after the holy days. I don't know what I would have done without her!! February 20, 2009
From Paul Kieffer, regional pastor, German speaking areas:
Jesmina Allaoua from our German office needs your prayers. About seven months ago Jesmina started having a lot of pain in her face near her upper jaw. Since she had just had a root canal, she thought that the pain was related to her dental procedure. However, the pain did not go away, and she later had a tooth pulled, which she now knows did not need to be treated.
About three weeks ago, after many doctor appointments, Jesmina learned that the pain is coming from the trigeminus (facial nerve). This is a very painful condition from which some people never fully recover. The pain was so bad on Monday that she had to have pain medicine injected into her face.
Her condition is not only painful but very depressing. She requests our prayers for God’s healing.
