Beverly and I visited Toronto, Ontario July 9-12th. We helped participate in a United Church of God Good News seminar where I gave a presentation: Kosovo: The Unlearned Lessons. We were pleased that sixteen new people attended the seminar and six indicated that they will start regular attendance at the weekly Toronto Church services.
We thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed our time with Gary and Barbara Antion. Below are photos from the weekend.

Hello from Toronto,
We have had an exciting week. We have sent out quite a lot of literature with more to come. We had an exciting GOOD NEWS SEMINAR (Public Bible Lecture) with Vic and Beverly Kubik coming up on Friday and returning on Monday. Vic spoke at services and did the seminar on Sunday evening. We had 16 new people in attendance. That was nearly 3% of the number of letters sent. Six of them expressed an interest in coming to Church. All that we spoke to enjoyed the lecture and the Kubik's warm enthusiasm.
The subject, "Kosovo: The Unlearned Lessons" lent itself to advertising the booklets on "You Can Understand Prophecy" and the "Gospel of the Kingdom". We had packets made up with a welcoming letter and the booklets inside. There were 56 total in attendance with some of the Toronto members making up the additional 40.
Our thanks to all who helped with the setup and execution of the event. It was by all appearances a wonderful success. We appreciated the Kubik's coming and serving in that way. It was their first trip to Toronto and they seemed to enjoy all the ethnicity of the area.

We are putting the final touches on the GOOD NEWS SEMINAR with Vic Kubik as guest presenter. 620 letters were sent to those subscribers in this vicinity. We will see whom God provides. We pray for a good audience. We plan to have several packets with YOU CAN UNDERSTAND PROPHECY and THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM inside along with a welcome letter.
